Our one of a kind bacon experience complex blend of Garlic, Onion, Mushroom, and Asian Chilies used as a cure, then smoked

Packs are wrapped in butcher paper and frozen.  12 oz. per pack which is about 6 to 8 slices per pack.  Slices are cut thick.

Cooking Instructions:

1. Place on a Sheet Pan

2. Place in a cold oven

3. turn oven on to 350 Degrees

4. Pull after 12 to 14 minutes (depending on oven and your preference)
