Our multi-stage cold-brining process really shines in our crunchy, tangy Pickled Cauliflower.  Preserving the texture and earthiness of fresh cauliflower florets, the subtle earthiness and nuttiness are complemented by zesty onions, aromatic garlic, acidic vinegar, and a kick of peppercorn. Cauliflower is a great canvas to meld these flavors.

Enjoy these on a charcuterie board, as a side dish, in pasta salads, or even as a garnish on a Bloody Mary or martini.
